Beginning June 22, 2025, we are open daily, 10am-5:30pm through September 2, 2025. We offer full and part-time employment including flexible 4 and 8 hour shifts.

Job Descriptions
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Splash Zone Waterpark Lifeguard, you ensure the safety and service of our guests at all times. You will be trained to maintain constant surveillance of our guests when they are in the water and/or the park’s attractions. To secure the safety of our guests in the event of an emergency, you will maintain a “rescue-ready” skill level and be willing and able to provide appropriate care & treatment until the arrival of Emergency Medical Support (EMS). The successful candidate must present a professional appearance, attitude and maintain a high standard of customer care.
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:
- Be willing and available to work as scheduled, based upon the needs of the park, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Be able to attend training at a time to be scheduled by Splash Zone Waterpark
- Successfully complete the Lifeguard Training course provided by Splash Zone Waterpark
- The ability to prepare appropriate reports under the direction of the Aquatics Supervisor
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Possess physical stamina and can stand for extended periods of time in various weather conditions and temperatures
- The ability to perform various maintenance tasks to ensure pool cleanliness & safety
ABOUT THE POSITION
As Director of Guest Services & Sales Associates, you will provide direction and a demonstration of effective teamwork to the Guest Services team members while ensuring that outstanding guest service, efficiency & safety are provided to our guests at all times.
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR…
- Provide an excellent example of leadership to all guest services team members
- Train, develop and direct team members to consistently place safety and service at the forefront of job duties.
- Manage, develop and motivate team members for increased sales and operational efficiency while ensuring that all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
- Schedule team members and team leaders to achieve maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Emphasize guest service by responding to guest’s questions, concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assists guests in purchasing passes, cabana rentals, locker rentals

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Guest Services/Sales Associate team member you are the front-line ambassador for Splash Zone Waterpark. Your knowledge of our park, efficiency and outstanding guest service will facilitate a positive experience for our guests.
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR…
- Must enjoy working with the public and ensure that all visitors receive prompt and courteous attention.
- Operate a computerized Point of Sale system in an efficient and timely manner
- Assist guests in the purchasing of waterpark passes, locker rentals, cabana rentals
- Check admissions wristbands for park entry
- Check guest “carry in” bags at park entry to ensure compliance with park rules
- Ability to smile – ALWAYS
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to make quick decisions and changes for the enhancement of guest service
- Previous cash handling experience preferred

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Maintenance Team Member, you will assist our Director of Maintenance in maintaining the mechanical function of all equipment needed to operate our facility in addition to assisting in a variety of custodial duties, per Director of Maintenance.
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR…
- Performs a variety of tasks to maintain property
- Sweeps, cleans and picks up trash throughout the park
- Performs maintenance, trimming and watering plants and palm trees
- Empties trash containers and removes waste to appropriate areas
- Ensures the overall safety of the immediate work area as well as surrounding areas
- Provides maintenance support as requested in other departments (The Zone Grill & Flow Bar)
- Maintain cleanliness of Men’s Restrooms
- Follow all opening & closing park procedures, per Director of Maintenance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Working knowledge of the safe handling and operation of equipment and materials used in maintenance and custodial duties
- Ability to work variable and/or rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform some or all of the physical tasks involved in lifting, sweeping, and related exterior custodial/maintenance duties

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Janitorial Team Member, you will be accountable for the cleanliness of the exterior areas of Splash Zone Waterpark and assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of cabanas, retail bar area, retail food area, restrooms and changing area.

- Performs a variety of tasks to unsure a clean property

- Prepare all food items as directed

- Clean and maintain station adhering to all sanitation and food production codes
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
ABOUT THE POSITION
Splash Zone Waterpark’s Zone Grill is hiring an experienced Prep Cook to join our team. As a Prep Cook you will help to ensure the kitchen stays efficient. You will assist the cook and kitchen staff in food preparation, keeping the cooking stations and prep areas clean and monitoring the freshness and stock levels in our inventory.
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR…
- Understanding of industry-standard best cooking and preparation practices
- Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling and preparation
- Willing to be certified in proper food handling, typically through a ServSafe Certification
- Good math skills with a clear understanding of cooking measurements
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills

JOB DUTIES:
- Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the cook and kitchen manager
- Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
- Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats
- Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
- Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, sanitizing kitchen
- Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
- Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order food and supplies
ABOUT THE POSITION
Splash Zone Waterpark’s Zone Grill is hiring sales associates to join our team. We are looking for qualified candidates who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy direct interaction with our Splash Zone guests taking food orders.

JOB DUTIES:
- Handle monetary transactions by entering guest orders into our Point of Sale System & collects payment from customers via cash or credit card
- Assisting kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and order in all cooking, prep, and food storage areas when not needed at register
- Assist with food preparation set up
- Keep the front area of the Zone Grill clean and well-stocked.
- Cross train as Expeditor to facilitate food orders when not needed at the register
ABOUT THE POSITION
Under the supervision of Food & Beverage, Cabana Server/Attendants deliver quality service to our Cabana Rental guests.
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR…
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to process sales transactions and follow proper cash handling as outlined in the Food and Beverage Cash Handling Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
JOB DUTIES:
- Proactively greet guests, verifying cabana rental and providing an orientation of the waterpark area and the amenities the cabana offers.
- Work together with Food & Beverage team according to department policies and procedures to ensure first-class food & beverage service to cabana guests
- Set chaise lounge chairs, provide cooler with ice and bottled water, refill ice upon request.
- Perform cleaning duties to ensure areas are kept sanitary and safe.
- Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
