Yes! Splash Zone Waterpark is staffed with nationally certified lifeguards, through StarGuard Elite, and ride attendants for proper ride dispatching and guest assistance in pools.

Yes! Our First Aid Station is located on the main level of the park in-between The Beast of the East and Hurricane Harbor.

Slide safety rules are posted at each pool and entry point of each attraction. We also ask parents to teach kids about water safety before you visit. Please be sure non-swimmers or weak swimmers wear life vests.

Splash Zone Waterpark is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in the park.

Outside food, beverages & coolers, are not allowed to be brought into the park except for specific food needed because of allergies or infant food which must be in non glass containers.

We have Flow Bar (link) which serves superb summer spirits!  For the safety of our guests, alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the park.

Yes!  Our restrooms and changing facilities are located on our lower level in 2 locations.  (Link Map)

No, we do not have showers.  There are shower facilities in bath houses along the boardwalk.  We do not have showers.

All admission and ticket sales are final and refunds are not available. However, in the event the park has to close due to weather or power outages which would affect guest safety, all guests with a reservation will be contacted and given the opportunity to reserve another day of their choosing at the park  and receive a credit toward any amenities such as cabanas and lockers purchased to be applied to a return visit.

Splash Zone Waterpark is a family destination. As such, clothing with profanity, illegal substances and other suggestive or offensive material is prohibited. Appropriate  swimwear must be worn at all times while visiting our waterpark. No “G-Strings”, “thong” swimwear, or any offensive or suggestive clothing is permitted. Please ensure that your swimsuit is free of buttons, zippers, or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers or yourself. Shoes, including water shoes, and sunglasses are not permitted on certain slides and attractions (link).

Swim diapers are required of all children under 3 years of age. Swim Diapers can be purchased at our Front Gate.

Yes, free lifejackets are provided in various sizes and are available.

Yes! Two sizes. A limited number of lockers for storing belongings are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. They may be rented online when you purchase your ticket and, if available, at our ticket window, when you arrive at the park. Please ensure that you have removed all belongings from your locker prior to leaving the park. Belongings left in lockers after hours will not be available until the park opens the following day.

Unfortunately, no. Our staff is primarily concerned with the safe operation of our rides and attractions. As such, Splash Zone Waterpark’s staff cannot be responsible for any personal items including strollers, cameras, stuffed animals or purses. Please leave these items with a non-rider or rent one of our lockers which are available both at the front gate and next to the Flow Bar near our Dino Dig attraction (Map).

YES!  Senior passes for both the season and daily are available online and at our front gate.  Proof of age is required at time of purchase.

Everyone entering Splash Zone Waterpark must purchase a pass to enter the park. Spectator passes are not available.

No, wristbands are non-transferable. Transferred wristbands will become invalid for admission and revoked.

If you wish to leave the waterpark and return the same day, you can do so with an All Day or Season Pass.  Outside Food and beverages cannot be brought into the park upon your return. Guests with an AM or PM pass cannot return to the park once they have left.

Yes.  If your child’s (or your) medication requires refrigeration, please advise our staff at the time you receive your wristband for assistance.

Yes, please remember that Splash Zone reserves the right to inspect any guest’s article of clothing, backpack, bag or item(s) entering or exiting the park at any time. All bags are subject to search.  Anything made of glass, illegal substances, alcohol  or weapons is not permitted in the park.

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in the park.

If you purchased a date specific ticket through our website, please remember that all sales are final and refunds are not available. • As with all physical activities, an element of risk exists in the use of waterpark attractions.  Splash Zone Waterpark has different levels of physically demanding activities. It is your responsibility to know all instructions and your own limitations, physical capabilities and swimming skills prior to participating.
• Persons who are overweight or of a “non-athletic” nature should be aware that some attractions are strenuous with high speeds and aggressive splash pool landings. If you are of a “non-athletic” nature, you should use caution when choosing which activities to participate in. Those who are “overweight” for their body type should not use these attractions.
• Water on a service is very slippery. Exercise extreme caution when walking from place to place. No running at any time! Obey Lifeguard and Staff instructions, and observe all instructional signs and recordings at all times. Failure to follow all rules, both written and verbal, can result in serious injury to yourself or others. Violation of rules will result in immediate ejection from park without a refund.
• We strongly recommend small children and non-swimmers wear a lifejacket and are accompanied by a swimming adult.
• Glass containers, alcoholic beverages, grills, pets, snorkels and diving equipment are not allowed.
• Splash Zone Waterpark is a family waterpark. Appropriate swimwear MUST be worn at all times. No “G-Strings”, “thong” swimwear, or any offensive or suggestive clothing is permitted.
• All guests entering Splash Zone Waterpark MUST pay an admission fee. All waterpark guests MUST wear the appropriate waterpark wristband at all times.
